Salvesen Boys Club has been running successful youth football teams for more than 50 years.
Ths season we have no less than 15 teams playing under the Salvesen banner, from Mini Soccer (Soccer 4s for the Under 8s) through to Under 19s.
Due to the building work taking place at our established base at Forrester this season, teams will be playing their home games at various venues across the City. Our club website will therefore have a more important role to play than ever before in keeping everyone informed and retaining a sense of club identity.
Each team will now be able to update its own pages.
Please remember to check the main club noticeboard and your own team's web pages regularly for updates.
Could teams that are having any problems with training facilities, logging into webpage or any other problems please email: salvesensecretary@btinternet.com
and we will do our best to assist you!
Salvesen Boys Club are looking for new coaches & players of all ages to take Salvesen forward for the next 50 years and more.
Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?

No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
